Two details are enough to order: a name and a phone number.
Why we need them
For the call that confirms your order and for the delivery itself. They are kept encrypted and shared only with the distributor shipping your product.
What we measure
Microsoft Clarity shows us which pages get opened, where visitors tap or click and how far down they scroll, which tells us what to fix. It can also drop a few cookies of its own in your browser to do this.
What never happens
The name and phone number you type are blanked out for Clarity and never reach it. Your data is not sold and not used for advertising.
Deletion
Email contact@unguela.shop with the phone number from your order. Your data goes within 30 days, apart from anything the law makes us keep.
