Ordering, step by step
There is no account, no basket and no card. Each product page carries a short form with two fields.
What happens
You open the catalogue for your country, pick a product and type your name and phone number into its form.
Within the day, usually, someone from unguela phones you. Together we check the product, what it costs in total and the delivery address.
Nothing is sent before that call. No answer, no shipment.
When the package reaches you, the driver takes the cash.
Typos and second thoughts
Mention it on the phone. The address or the product can still change at that point, and the order can be dropped altogether.
Common questions
Is there anything to pay online?
No, never. Money changes hands only at your door.
Can the call go to someone else's phone?
Yes, a relative's for example. Pick that phone's country prefix in the form.
